On successful completion of the course including the exam you will be issued a USCG Approved 24 Hour OUPV - Master 100 GT Near Coastal Upgrade course completion certificate.

This online course is designed to provide the student with the basic skills required for issuance of a USCG Master 100 GT Original Issuance in lieu of USCG Examination IAW 46 CFR, Part 10 and to ensure safe navigation and Safety at Sea.

TO COMPLETE THIS COURSE:
- Complete all 5 Modules (and sub-modules) including all quizzes and/or practice sets that that are part of the Master Course that are not part of the OPUV course. Some of this may be a refresher to review and prepare for your exam.
- Review the Small Passenger Vessel Regulations
- The course must be completed prior to sitting for the exam
