Rhode Island Environmental Police from DEM's Division of Law Enforcement (DLE) and West Marine are teaming up for national safe boating week. RI boaters may bring their expired safety flares for disposal by the RI Fire Marshal's Office Bomb Squad Unit and purchase new flares at a discount, courtesy of West Marine.
